On the west side of the island, this house is one street removed from the water views of Lakeshore Rd. The property also backs up to the Quarry.

Blue Heron Hideaway offers a modern, multilevel house with plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. On the main floor, the kitchen is part of an open-concept dining room & living area with vaulted 21 ft wood ceilings! It is also the perfect place for outdoor entertaining with its large decks, both in the front and the back. The large deck on the front of the house faces Lake Erie and an equally large deck in the back faces the fire pit, a private wooded area, and the Quarry.

For days when the weather prevents outside exploration and fun, the family room features a home theater. The large lower-level lounge in the basement features a wet bar, shuffleboard table, pool table, a large screen TV and a walkout covered patio. If you simply cannot leave work behind, the home is equipped with wireless internet service and a workstation in the upstairs loft.

There are five bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms on the first floor (main level) have doors leading to the back deck, where you can enjoy family meals, have a bonfire, morning coffee, or even a late-night drink.

For the fisherman, our property has a side yard you can easily up to 3 boat trailers on!
